Terms and Conditions

We hope you are satisfied with all products and services provided by Rabbit and lark.  Below are our terms and conditions of business.

• Cancelling orders - Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing claire@rabbitandlark
• Descriptions and images of products are a guide, due to the hand-made nature some slight deviations in product details may occur. 
• Play sets are for personal use only and can not be resold.
• Returns are offered in the case of damaged products only.  Postage will be covered by Rabbit and Lark.  Please contact us directly to arrange return or replacement.
• As our pieces are handmade, there can be a turnaround of 1-2 weeks.  We will ship using Royal Mail's 48 hour service but we are not in control once the product leaves our hands.
• Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number; you can then arrange a delivery of a safe location if you know you  will not be home to receive the product.
